These terms cover the Organized Command client portal at portal.organizedcommand.com. The portal is run by Organized Command LLC (“Organized Command”, “we”). By signing in, you agree to them.
Who can use the portal
The portal is invite-only. It’s for agencies working with Organized Command and the people they invite. Agency admins can invite others from their agency. You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with a password together with an authenticator app. Keep your email account, password, and phone secure, and don’t share codes or passwords.
No patient information
Do not upload patient information. That includes names, dates of birth, incident or run reports, images, or any other details about a patient, in files, comments, updates, or anywhere else in the portal.
The portal is for project plans, documents, and conversations about your project. It isn’t built or approved to hold protected health information. If patient information is added by mistake, tell us at info@organizedcommand.com so we can remove it.
What you add
- What your agency adds (files, comments, updates, requests) stays yours.
- You let us store it and show it to the people your agency invites and to Organized Command staff, so we can deliver the work.
- Only add things you have the right to share. Files must be 25 MB or smaller, from the allowed types.
- Don’t use the portal to break the law or to try to reach other agencies’ portals.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the portal running and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve the portal, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
When access ends
When your agency’s work with us ends, we archive its portal: your people can no longer open it, and its contents are kept. We may also end someone’s access if they misuse the portal. To ask for a copy of your agency’s files or for them to be deleted, email us.
Your agency’s contract
Your agency’s contract with Organized Command covers the services, fees, and liability. If it differs from these terms, the contract controls.
